Institutional mandates
A structured marketplace of institutional opportunities. Publish a mandate, define your criteria and identify verified counterparties capable of executing it.
A mandate is the core object on InstitutionalX. It represents something an institution is seeking or offering: capital, assets, distribution, infrastructure or a strategic partnership.
Each mandate is expressed in standardized institutional criteria — asset class, geography, jurisdiction, ticket size, target return, duration, security and distribution objective — so counterparties can qualify an opportunity before any disclosure takes place.
Visibility remains under the control of the publishing institution. Mandates can be public to the verified network, restricted to matched institutions, anonymous until an introduction is accepted, invitation-only or fully private.
