Access is limited to professional organizations. Users confirm that they act on behalf of such an organization and that their use complies with applicable law in their jurisdiction.

Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the mandates, profiles and documents they publish, and for observing confidentiality obligations agreed with counterparties.

Users are responsible for conducting their own legal, regulatory and commercial due diligence in respect of any counterparty or opportunity identified through the platform.
